Not only is Soror Rhea a wife and a mother of two, with one on the way, she is also the President and CEO of Williams Alliance Group, Incorporated and Secord, Incorporated. Since 2000, Soror Rhea has been a Food and Drug Administration (FDA) liaison for mid-size and some large size pharmaceutical companies. She helps create drug programs that are compliant with the FDA regulations. She facilitates meetings between the pharmaceutical companies and the FDA, in which she works to negotiate the approval of new drugs.

Soror Rhea first realized she wanted to go into business for herself when she saw how much other consulting firms were charging for their services. She recognized that some companies did not have the consulting service that she could provide. She made her plan into a reality and now through mass mailings, word of mouth, and other networking opportunities her company is compliant with FDA regulations, efficient with its services, and responsive to other companies' needs!

Soror Rhea shares the following advice for other non-traditional entrepreneurs:

"Have a good plan! 1 year, 5 year, and 10 year plans. There will always be setbacks, but with a good plan you can conquer any obstacle. Stay current and organized! You are in a competitive market and you want to always stay ahead".

Soror Rhea is always thinking about how she can do something differently and that's what makes her a successful entrepreneur!
